What is the shelf life of your products? 

At foliskin, all of our products are made with 100% natural ingredients. The best way to preserve their shelf life is to bring the exfoliating masks down to a powdered form. Once this is at powder form, all unopened products have a shelf life of 12 months. Once opened, they must be used in 6 months time otherwise they may not preform as expected or start attracting bacteria. It is best to dispose of the product if 6 months has passed by and there is still some product remaining. 

Do you ship overseas?

For the time being, we are only able to ship within Australia. If you are based overseas and would like to purchase our product please get in touch and we can do our best to arrange something for you.

Why is your exfoliator in powdered form?

At foliskin, all of our products are made with 100% natural ingredients. The best way to preserve their life is to bring the exfoliating masks down to a powdered form. If not in powdered form, they may expire much quicker or we'd have to use nasty preservatives to avoid these exfoliators from going fuzzy. 

Am I able to recycle my package once the product is finished?

Our packaging is made from PET and 100% sustainable. The packaging can be placed in a recycle bin when you need to dispose of the empty container. Please ensure the lid and label are taken off before recycling. 

Do your products contain any sulfates or parabens?

All of our products are made with 100% natural ingredients. They do not contain sulfates (SLS), parabens or any other synthetic ingredients or preservatives. 

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are suitable for sensitive skin. It is always best to try our masks on a small patch of your skin before using for the first time. If irritation occurs, stop using immediately and consult your doctor. 

Are your products suitable for rosacea?

Our products are suitable for rosacea. It is always best to try our masks on a small patch of your skin before using for the first time. If irritation occurs, stop using immediately and consult your doctor.

I've just ordered, how long will it take to receive my product?

If you have chosen regular postage with Australia Post, your order may take up to 3-5 business days depending on where you are located. Express Post will take up to 3 business days. Transit times on both of these shipping options are generally quicker than usual, however if you have not received your order by these time frames please get in touch with us and we'd be more than happy to help!

Can I return my exfoliator? I've changed my mind.
